Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

We use Royal Mail (signed for) postal service for all items. Standard UK shipping starts at £10.00, however may increase due to the value, size, or weight. There should be an indication of this under the product description, and this will be confirmed at the checkout. Shipping for ART CARDS is free.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery of artwork will generally take 7 working days. Please note that dispatch on mirrors is 7 working days (followed by approx 7 days shipping).

Do you deliver internationally?

Packaging

How will my piece arrive?

We will always endeavor to flat pack artwork to prevent curling. If your artwork is large and deemed safe to roll, we will do so however this will be listed as part of the product description.

If your artwork is rolled, we recommend removing it from the tube as soon as possible. We would generally suggest that this process is completed by a framer where possible, to ensure it is completed with minimal stress to the artwork.

If you have purchased a pastel or charcoal piece then we would recommend taking the piece directly to a framer to prevent smudging. All artworks of this kind are fixed, however, they remain delicate and may contain some residue.

Mirrors will be well wrapped and packaged within a protective cardboard box.

Payment Options

What payment options do you offer?

We currently offer PayPal. You just need your bank card details to pay for your items.

Can I pay in different currencies?

Currently, our site only indicates the prices valued in GBP. Please check the current exchange rate online to give you an indication of the order value if you are purchasing from abroad.

Order Amendments/Cancellations

Can I cancel/amend my order once I have placed it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We can issue you a full refund within this time. Please contact keelyhunterstudio@gmail.com to do this.

If you are canceling later than 24 hours and your piece has not yet been dispatched then we are able to issue you a credit note to the full value of the order including the postage cost. There is no limit of time on the credit note.

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, and your piece has been dispatched then please see our exchange/returns policy below.

We will always do our best to accommodate any order amendments, please contact keelyhunterstudio@gmail.com if you have queries so we can check where your order is in the shipping process.

Exchanges/Returns

What is your exchange and returns policy?

Please note that all works are unique, painted by hand and one of a kind, as part of our policy we can offer exchanges and/or a credit note, rather than refunds. If you have any queries regarding this please do not hesitate to email your questions to keelyhunterstudio@gmail.com

Artwork can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at the same email above to request an exchange. If your exchange item is less the value of the original, we will issue a credit note for the difference.

Once we receive the item, please allow 7 working days for us to process your exchange. Exchanges are void if the plastic protective covering around the piece has been opened or if the piece is damaged/marked. Please note we do not provide free returns shipping, and the purchaser retains all responsibility for ensuring the piece is returned correctly. We would advise that any returns sent are packed well (in original packing), and are posted using an insured, tracked service.

Please note that all mirrors are non-refundable. All mirrors are sent via registered, signed for, and tracked post. If unfortunately, your mirror does arrive and is damaged please contact the studio within 24 hours of receipt to discuss this with us. Please ensure that you include photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging. In the unlikely case that a mirror does arrive with a customer and is damaged, then the studio will look to replace the mirror within 14 working days. Please note that any damages reported after 24 hours of receipt of the mirror, may not be subject to a refund.

Photography Disclaimer

The colour of my purchased piece is different to that of the image online?

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to colour as possible. However, due to the inconsistencies of various viewing devices, lighting sources, digital photography, etc we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen is 100% accurate to the true colour of the work. Screen images are intended as a solid guide, but should not be regarded as absolutely correct, and may have tonal differences to that of the actual piece.

If indeed you are unhappy with the colours of a piece once received, please review the above exchange/refund policy and contact keelyhunterstudio.com to discuss this.

Hand made Disclaimer (Mirrors)

Please note that all mirrors are hand finished. Due to this process, there will be variances in the shape, density, and finish of your pebbles. Such variations are inherent in the making of handmade pieces, so please do be aware that each piece may have minor imperfections and differences - so making your purchase completely unique and truly one of a kind.
